有關程式教學之中文化，
Turtle 是第一彈。
VPython 也許可做第二彈！

在 已安裝了 Anaconda 之情況下，
使用 pip install vpython

但現階段僅能在 ipython 中運作。
因為它須透過 javascript 在 Browser 中繪圖之故。

於 spyder 中，還不行。
